`Ohana Conferencing Facilitator

BA in social work or related field.  Ability to multitask, make cold calls, computer data entry, and strong verbal and writing skills to facilitate conferences.

*MUST HAVE CAR

Facilitators are responsible for managing conferences between social workers, service providers, and extended families (with an average of 3 - 20 participants).

Recorders

Recorders are responsible for recording the "group memory" by writing on easel paper during the conference. 
 
Coordinators

Coordinators do the preparation work in advance of conferences.
